I live in Swansea. Shop in Tesco,s Fforestfach. Always a friendly member of staff on checkout. Never a problem getting help with anything neither. Shop has been improved with makeover, it's taking a while to get used to where things are but am sure I will get hang of it soon. 3219 checkout operator

I have been a very frequent customer of Tesco, Penarth, but over the past 6-7 years have seen a remarkable drop in standards together with a dramatic rise in prices.
Angela and I went to our local branch today and to our dismay at the check out, the shelf on which the customer put their credit card before paying was broken off,the Ovaltine container we were buying was damaged and so were all of the Ovaltine containers on sale to the public in the store, our was not leaking the powder contents.
I said to the sales lady that we were not impressed with the standard of the store, and were only using the store for convenience, she suggested that I write to you and explain why we were no longer willing to spend time and money in a very poor store. We go to our local Band M stores to buy garden supplies and they at the very lower end of the retail market knock spots off your staff for service and providing a very happy and helpful shopping experience, so incredibly different from yours

hi,i was in one of youre shops, and i decided to buy a phone from you,i asked some one who to see and they pointed me towards a counter who dealt with phones,On the desk was a assistant called sarah waters, first of all she greeted me with a smile and a nice attitude, she certainly new her job as i ended up with a new phone,i found her very pleasent and helpful, she exsplained every thing to me in detail about the phone and i didnt get confused what she was telling me.If there was a lot more people like Sahra in shops perhaps more people would use them.service 10 out of ten, personality 10/10 politeness 10/10 knowing her job 10/10. tescos at gainsbourgh dn211ga mr T APPLEBY

I shop at Tesco in Skipton. in Yorkshire, on Sunday 12 July I was looking on the reduced food item shelf, when a member of staff appeared and took all the items off the shelf, and told me they were going into the back for further reductions, and would be back in 10 minutes, so I hung on, along with a few others, after 10 minutes the food reappeared. and most of the items had gone, then the Tesco delivery drivers came out from the back with the items in carrier bags, and just smirked at the few people that were waiting, and went to the payout when I arrived at the pay counter, the same drivers were going through, one had 6 carrier bags full, all reduced items, even a staff member complained and reported to the manager, now quite a few less wealthy people in our society rely on these reductions, and were waiting for these items, it makes me wonder why Tesco waggon drivers have the priority over Tesco customers, in such a deceitful way as to snigger at the people as well, it only added insult to injury to say the least. I could not find an Email address to post this comment to. so I put it on here, after shopping at Tesco in Halifax, Bradford and Skipton for over 30 years, I think it may be time for a change of grocer. I would welcome a reply from a Tesco Representative if possible, My E mail Address is included.

l would like to share my feelings about Tesco's in Basildon Essex/ Over the last three years I have undergone major radiotherapy and chemo treatment for cancer, consequently l have had to use their wheelchairs and scooters for sometime, but the staff their made it no trouble at all, sometimes they would unpack my trolley for me, pack it away for me and make sure l was okay with the payment, at one time a young fellow even asked me if he could help me get shopping off the shelves which l was very grateful for. So as you can see l can't ring their praises enough, thankyou Basildon Tesco.
